Transformation Programs – 3, 6 or 12 months

During the Transformation Program, I will assist you in achieving your health goals through encouragement, education, inspiration, and support. Together we will create healthy and sustainable behaviors in the areas of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management so that it will all become second nature for you. We’ll set realistic goals with a step-by-step plan for how to achieve them and then how to maintain your new, healthy lifestyle.

My 1-on-1 coaching sessions go far beyond discussing the food you put into your body. We will take a Whole Body approach and view areas of your life including physical activity, relationships, career, and stress levels and how they may be affecting your health.

Whether your goal is to improve your relationship with food, heal gut issues, or lose weight, I will be by your side to help you feel your best, eat mindfully, and leave any stress associated with food and dieting behind. We will create a sustainable lifestyle for you, not a fad diet.

The length of your Transformation program depends on goals we have set during your consultation. However, during the first 6 weeks of each Transformation program you can expect us to map out a plan for healthy behavior change, increasing your energy and positive feelings about yourself.

As your personal health coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate through the challenges of getting your whole body working for and with you. This first 6 weeks is intended to kickstart those healthy habits, and your metabolism, with nutritious foods and healthy challenges to keep you on track and moving forward. And I’ll help you reduce the stress of meal planning – I’ll take care of that for you! You will shop for and cook all your meals, and you’ll learn how to embrace this fun, healthy and happy lifestyle.
