As your personal health coach, I can help you navigate the challenge of getting your whole body working for and with you. Together we’ll look at how all the areas of your life are connected. We’ll address practical issues like the foods you choose, stress, lack of exercise and sufficient sleep, and the resulting impact on your health.
My approach is not to dwell on just reducing calories, but instead to focus on fueling your body with whole, real foods. And as we work together, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and will help you create lasting change to improve your health, energy and balance.

As we all know, changes don’t happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. But with me by your side on this journey, you will achieve success! Meet Abby!

During my 10+ years in the health and wellness industry, I have been blessed to work with clients that have been driven to achieve amazing fitness goals, both in the crossFit world, the nutrition world, and health coaching world. It’s been so rewarding to coach them to meet and exceed their goals! And what I’ve observed during this time is that to sustain these amazing goals requires a shift…to a mindset that includes the importance of understanding that what we put into our bodies is critical to how we feel, physically, emotionally and spiritually. What I’ve learned, and what I’m passionate about sharing with you, is the importance of a whole body approach.

When I was younger, I struggled with gut, digestion and overall health issues. For a long time I never really considered that what I was putting into my body could have such a big impact on my overall health! I exercised a lot, but my overall health didn’t improve until I started paying closer attention to the food I was eating. Once I started eating more wholesome foods, I started seeing positive changes. Understanding the importance of nutrition, and seeing the results, made me care about my body and my mind. I began to feel so much better, both physically and mentally, and started to realize that food is fuel, and you must feed your body well to not only get the results you want, but to achieve the balance that is so important to living a good life.

And now that I’m a mom, this is more important than ever to me! I have to feel my best for my daughter, and I want to be a role model for her, so she can establish healthy habits that will serve her a lifetime and take care of the precious gift of a healthy body. Finally, I’d also like to share with you a little about my coaching style. I am what they call a “relator”. I want to understand your feelings, your goals, your fears and your dreams. I will listen closely, and you will be heard. People often comment that they grow so much in their relationship with me as their personal coach. This is the greatest compliment I could receive!

My goal is to provide you with the education and structure to gain an awareness of your whole body health. Together we will create a program to meet your personal nutrition and exercise goals, while creating positive, lifelong eating and exercise habits, and lose unhealthy weight in the process. My commitment to you is consistent support with a strong dose of accountability, so you can create a sustainable lifestyle that brings you a balanced, healthy whole life!
