As your personal health coach, I can help you navigate the challenge of getting your whole body working for and with you. Together we’ll look at how all the areas of your life are connected. We’ll address practical issues like the foods you choose, stress, lack of exercise and sufficient sleep, and the resulting impact on your health.

My approach is not to dwell on just reducing calories, but instead to focus on fueling your body with whole, real foods. And as we work together, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and will help you create lasting change to improve your health, energy and balance.

    Over the past 12 years I have tried many different programs and diets to lose weight. I have some underlying conditions that make it hard to lose weight. All of the programs worked for a while but I would eventually stop losing and gain the weight back. Then I met Abby! This time it was different!
